How Collaboration on a 3D Visualization Works: From Brief to Final Result
What is it like to work with a 3D visualization studio? We will guide you through the whole process – from the first contact and sending the materials to the delivery of the final high-resolution images.
Step 1: Inquiry and consultation
Everything starts with an inquiry. Just describe your project – what you want to visualize, its scope and your timeline. Based on this, we will prepare a no-obligation quote, usually within 24 hours.
Step 2: Sending the materials
Once the quote has been approved, send us the materials: a floor plan or technical drawing of the space (PDF, DWG or a hand sketch with dimensions), photos of the current state (in the case of a renovation), your preferences for materials, colors and style, and inspiration images or references.
Step 3: Preparing the model and the first preview
We start work on the 3D model. Once it is finished, we send you a first preview – an indicative lower-resolution render so that you can approve the furniture layout, composition and overall direction of the design.
Step 4: Rounds of revisions
We make changes based on your feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price as standard – enough room to fine-tune all the details. Each additional round is charged extra.
Step 5: Final output
Once all the details have been approved, we create the final high-resolution render. You will receive the result in the agreed format (JPEG, PNG) – ready for print, presentations and the web. The typical time from brief to final output is 5–10 working days depending on the scope of the project.
