Frequently asked questions
How does collaboration on a 3D visualization work?
Our collaboration starts with an initial consultation in which you tell me your requirements, the dimensions of the space and your ideas. I then prepare a first draft and, once it is approved, incorporate your feedback and deliver the final visualization. Everything takes place online, so I work with clients all over the Czech Republic and abroad.
How long does it take to create a visualization?
A standard visualization of one room is ready within 5–10 working days of receiving all the materials. More complex projects or a larger number of views may take longer. I always confirm the deadline after assessing the specific brief. Express processing can be arranged if needed.
What do you need from us?
To prepare a visualization, I need:
- A floor plan of the space with dimensions (ideally DWG or PDF, or at least a photo of a sketch with dimensions)
- Information about materials, colors and furniture (catalog sheets, wishes, inspiration photos)
- Photos of the existing space, if available
The more materials you provide, the more accurate and convincing the final visualization will be.
How many revisions are included in the price?
The price includes two rounds of revisions. This is usually enough to reach a final result that matches your vision. If you need further changes beyond this scope, they are charged at an hourly rate according to the current price list.
How much does an interior 3D visualization cost?
The price depends on the scope of the project, the number of views and the complexity of the space. A visualization of a single room usually costs between CZK 3,000 and 8,000. You will receive an exact quote once you send the materials and specify your requirements. I prepare quotes free of charge and without obligation.
Is an advance payment required?
Yes, an advance payment of 50% of the total project price is required before work begins. You pay the remaining amount after approving the final visualization, before the high-resolution output files are handed over.
In what format will I receive the visualization?
I deliver final visualizations as rendered images in JPG or PNG format in high resolution (typically 4K – 3840 × 2160 px or higher), suitable for both print and online use. A different resolution or format can be supplied on request to suit your needs.
Can the visualization be used for marketing?
Absolutely – it is one of the most common reasons why clients order a visualization. 3D visualizations are ideal for marketing materials, websites, brochures and social media, as well as for presentations to investors or future tenants before construction or renovation is complete.
Do you also create animations and virtual tours?
Yes, in addition to still visualizations, I also offer animated walkthroughs and 360° virtual tours. These are ideal for presenting development projects or showrooms. The price depends on the length of the animation and the complexity of the project – contact me for an individual quote.
Who are visualizations suitable for?
Visualizations are suitable for anyone who wants a clear picture of the result before construction or renovation begins. I most often work with:
- Private clients planning to renovate an apartment or house
- Architects and interior designers
- Developers and real estate agencies
- Companies presenting commercial spaces or showrooms
Do you only work in Brno?
No, I work with clients all over the Czech Republic and abroad. All communication takes place online, so distance is not an issue. A personal meeting in Brno is possible but entirely optional.
What kinds of spaces do you visualize?
I specialize mainly in the interiors of apartments, houses and commercial spaces. I visualize:
- Living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms
- Offices, restaurants, shops and showrooms
- Industrial and production halls
- Exteriors and gardens
If you have a specific type of space, feel free to ask.
What about copyright?
Once the total price has been paid, you receive a license to use the visualizations for your purposes – presentations, marketing, print, etc. The source files (3D model scenes) remain my property. Detailed terms are set out in the contract for work that we sign before starting our collaboration.
