The facade, roof, windows and doors, fencing, paved areas, terrace, garden and parking spaces. Surrounding buildings and greenery can also be included for a realistic context.
Can you create a visualization from drawings only, without photos of the current state?
Yes, for a new building, facade drawings and a site plan are enough. For a renovation, photos of the current state are also useful – the model then matches reality more closely.
Can the house be shown in several facade color variants?
Yes, testing variants is one of the most common requests. Within two rounds of revisions, we will test different color combinations and compare them side by side.
